the Art Exhibition of the Century
All art lovers who are gardeners know about Monet's beautiful paintings from his garden at Giverny in France, but this year Australian art lovers have the chance to see a wealth of beautiful Post-Impressionist artworks which in many cases feature the gardens of other famous names in art such as Cezanne, Gauguin, Van Gogh and Serusier. It's all part of the travelling blockbuster art show, the 'Masterpieces from Paris' exhibition from the Musee D'Orsay in Paris. This exhibition showcases the work of more than 30 Post Impressionist masters. It's at the National Gallery in Canberra from now until April 4, 2010. For more details, visit www.nga.gov.au
